I am a member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, the Keyettes Club of Lakeland Senior High School and Capitan of the LHS Girls Golf Team and past member of tennis team. I have received numerous awards, my more recent work was display at Polk Museum of Art “Creative Youth: 15th Congressional District Competition” in April 2016, in which I won Second Place.

As a Girls Scout Cadet member of West Central Florida Girls Scouts Troop 154, I received the prestigious Silver Award -the highest a Cadet can earn – for my community service project which raised funds to provide a Girls Orphanage of Santa Maria Goretti in Venezuela with much needed basic necessities such as towels, bed linens and toys.

Now a Girls Scout Ambassador, I am working on the Gold Award in conjunction with the Lakeland’s Runner Club on the “Live to Run” project to promote runners and driver’s safety in the community.

I am also a photographer and piano and clarinet player. I enjoy playing golf, tennis and traveling. I am the Hispanic Club of Lakeland Official Photographer and Webmaster.  I am native Spanish speaker and proud of my Hispanic American heritage.
